Every item is carefully checked before leaving our store , however we realise that it is possible for you to be unhappy with your purchase. In this situation please return the item, in its original packaging.
Once the item has been returned, we immediately refund credit card purchases, or refund by cheque.

Q What do I need to do If I believe my parcel has gone astray?

A E-mail enquires@feelingfoxy.co.uk with your name, postcode, e-mail address, contact telephone no. (if it is a problem to contact you please include ‘discreet’ within your e-mail so we do not contact you via the phone or leave a message. We will always use e-mail as a preferred method of contact) & order transaction no. if you have it.

Q How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

A All parcels are despatched on the same day providing your product/s are in stock. Orders should be received before 3pm for same day despatch.
We use 1st Class mail for delivery & are advised that delivery can take between 2-5 days.

Q What happens if I do not like my parcel once I have received it?

A All products are checked very carefully before despatch, so you should never receive a faulty product. If however you do not like your product you must return it within 14 days of the order date by recorded delivery.
